Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. This page explains exactly how.

Making the request

1. Email us. Send the request to [email protected] with "Data deletion request" as the subject line.
2. Tell us what to look for. Include the email address, business name or account identifier the data is connected to, so it can be found accurately.
3. We confirm, then delete. Acknowledged within 5 working days, deleted within 30 days, confirmed in writing once done.

What is deleted

• Enquiry correspondence and any contact details held about you.
• Data obtained through an advertising platform's tools that relates to you, including account identifiers and reporting records.
• Campaign reporting records that identify you.

We hold no login credentials for any advertiser or user account, so there are none to delete.

What may have to be kept

A limited amount of data may be retained where the law requires it, for example invoices and accounting records needed for tax. We will say so, and explain what is kept and why.

If the data is held for an advertiser

Where we process advertising data on behalf of an advertiser, that advertiser controls it. We pass the request to them without delay and assist them in fulfilling it.

Data held by advertising platforms

Data a platform holds in its own systems is controlled by that platform. To remove it, use that platform's own settings or contact it directly. Deleting data with us does not delete data a platform holds independently.
